people you’ll ever meet.

Think Integrated was born from the marriage of two well-established marketing agencies, Think Creative and Web Solutions of America, with a combined 35 years of business. We joined forces in 2020, bringing our team of branding, marketing, creative, digital, social and strategy experts together under one roof. Giving our clients access to an unparalleled depth of creativity, design, storytelling, and digital know-how. Our marketing services span the breadth of the industry and allows us to develop strategies that drive results.

Our Team

We are a team unlike any other. Inspiring and inspired by bold ideas. Propelled by joyful curiosity. We think deeply and wildly and strategically and passionately about everything we do. And everything we do, we do together. We are a driving force with many dimensions. Pushing our clients and ourselves toward entirely new possibilities.

Kim Capps Director of Accounts

“Where there’s a will, there’s a way.” That’s a motto Kim follows no matter what. Whether she’s working with a new client or training for an IronMan, her grit and determination have taken her all over the world — and she’s not stopping anytime soon. A trailblazer on and off the tracks, Kim has worked at Think for more than a decade, and in the industry for more than two. She oversees the Account Management team which handles connection and communication between clients and Thinkers, keeping both sides happy and informed along the way. Aside from being our go-to problem solver and master planner, she’s dedicated to building long-lasting and meaningful relationships with just about anyone that works with us. Budgets, briefs and business — Kim does it all. In between, you can find her enjoying a nice cup of coffee, packing for her next girls weekend, and planning which mountain (literal and figurative) to conquer next.

She knows precisely how to build a strong digital presence that helps the right prospects find a business online—and decide to do business with them IRL. Whether she’s deploying the latest SEO best practices or running a paid social media campaign, Cash loves the fast-paced nature of digital marketing. Lynsey Mael Social Media Manager

When you first meet Lynsey, you may be intimidated by her great hair, chic retro outfits and dazzling personality. But once you really get to know her, you’ll realize you’re intimidated by everything else too. Lynsey walked straight off the 2019 UCF grad stage and into our office as a social media coordinator. Now, with a couple years of social experience under her belt, our clients have started referring to her as “social CEO”. And for a good reason. Lynsey orchestrates content  for a variety of clients and platforms, building their brands and blowing the metrics out of the water along the way.  Turns out all the years of piano, French horn, mellophone, percussion, ukulele, singing and dance lessons she took as a kid have paid off– engaging audiences is just second nature for Ms. Mael.

Diane Levine Chief Creative Officer

Queen of storytelling, branding genius and OG Thinker (like founding father level), Diane is quick with a pen, a joke and to correct your use of the Oxford comma. Even more impressively, she’ll do it all while wearing three-inch heels. The way she leads the team in concocting creative campaigns and pulls beautiful brand narratives out of thin air– we’re not entirely sure she’s not sitting on real life magical capabilities. And our clients aren’t either. From organic grocery stores, liberal arts colleges and community fitness centers to nonprofit organizations, financial service firms and five-star resorts, she’s spearheaded the development of numerous devotion-inducing brands and award-winning campaigns. Maybe it’s the determined New Yorker in her, maybe it’s the 20+  years of industry experience, but this creative powerhouse just won’t stop. And we hope she never does.

Kollin Yelensky Director of Digital Marketing

Imagine a grizzled garden gnome with the personality of George Costanza, and you’ve met Kollin, our Digital Marketing Director. Born a gamblin’ man in Huntington Woods, Michigan, Kollin knows when to hold ‘em and when to fold ‘em. He’s also a die-hard Michigan State/Detroit sports fan and unashamed yacht rocker. Kollin doesn’t BS. He will give it to you straight but with a grin that assures you he knows what he’s talking about. And he does. For our clients, he expertly harnesses his years of online wizardry to connect their digital dots, build their online presence, and gain them clicks, leads and sales. For all your Google Adword, Facebook paid ad and SEO needs, you can summon Kollin by holding a boombox overhead and blasting “In The Air Tonight” by Phil Collins.

Spoiler Alert: He made and manages the website you’re reading right now! Zach loves Halloween and when the holiday rolls around, he always puts us to shame by whipping up the most elaborate costume. Miranda Anzelone Design Director

It takes a special person to capture our team’s best, brightest and most authentic selves in all these awesome headshots. And that special person is Miranda. Photographer, art director, hand letterer, and master crafter of the weird and the wonderful, it’s any creative’s dream to work with our unicorn Design Director. Her love for creating meaningful design experiences started in elementary school when she’d draw her own book jackets to save her favorite paperbacks. She’s since traded her crayons for a trusty Apple Pencil and designs everything from the usual (logos, websites and printed pieces) to the unique (taco trucks and three-story tall murals). When she isn’t giving her all to create a better, more beautiful world, she’s off getting lost in others — crushing chapter after chapter in her favorite books or leveling up in her go-to video games.

When Danny’s not rockin’ out to 90’s grunge, surfing, golfing, skateboarding or playing the drums, our resident Renaissance man oversees our web development team, ensuring that every site we build looks great, functions flawlessly and fulfills our clients’ strategic goals. He brings more than two decades of web experience to the team, along with a real knack for navigating complex projects and creating sites that make everyone—our creative team, our clients, and their customers — happy. Aleitha Morgan Senior Designer

In a galaxy far, far away, one where Yoda and Aleitha might cross paths, he would say: “Design her path with magic, she will.” And in this universe, that’s what she does. With her wisdom and eye for detail, Aleitha looks beneath the layers of every design she creates, pulling them apart to ensure that color, structure and message come together seamlessly. As Senior Designer, Aleitha is a visual storyteller who brings ingenuity and perspective into her work. Her creativity knows no bounds — she designs visual identities and positive user experiences for everything from websites to print materials to digital campaigns to mobile STEM labs powered by augmented reality. Whether she’s working on experimental design or strategizing for a new project, she loves the diversity of her work. And if you can’t tell already, we love her too.

Leigh Dyer Account Manager

Self-proclaimed “busy bee,” Leigh made such a buzz as our accounts intern in 2022, we had to let her stick around full-time. Coming to us from the University of Central Florida, Leigh brings style, humor and chaos-management to our office, wrangling creative to-dos, tackling web maintenance requests and working as the middleman between our clients and our team. When she’s not using her pro planning skills to keep us all happy, she’s probably detailing out a schedule for her next weekend getaway. Maybe Paris. Or NYC. Or Austria. From PPC to SEO to other forms of digital advertising, Erick supports our clients’ growth by reaching the right people in the right places. And that’s not the only thing Erick knows how to grow. Molly Custis Social Media Manager

If you think you’re ahead of the curve by watching the latest Netflix Rom-Com, jamming to the newest Taylor Swift album or catching a clothing trend, think again. Molly’s sharp eye for trends and ability to craft attention-grabbing content makes her the perfect social media coordinator. We’re not entirely sure how she does it (we’ve even considered time travel), but we’re not complaining. And neither are our clients. From strategic planning to content creation, she weaves her trend-spotting magic through targeted campaigns, engaging posts and insightful analytics. So, the next time you spot a brand staying one step ahead of the game, Molly might just be the mastermind behind it all.

While we think he’d make a great Hawkman, his superhero alter ego of choice would be the brainy, brawny, and blue Beast from The X-Men. With experience in branding, advertising, and print media, Luke is a beast of a designer and practical problem solver who makes our clients look great aesthetically and build their credibility. His secret power is turning chaos into clarity by figuring out what idea needs to be communicated and removing everything else that gets in the way.

Kristen Unico Senior Copywriter

If our office gave out superlatives, this Thinker would win several. “Most likely to fix your tech problems,” “brighten your day” or “quietly take over the world,” Kristen’s skills don’t stop at copywriting – although she’s clearly amazing at that too. Nailing brand stories and writing enthralling pieces across a variety of mediums, she may tell you Spiderman is the end-all-be-all of super heroes, but we personally think Kristen would make a killer Batwoman. Listening to our client’s needs with an echolocation-like sharpness and swooping in to save the day with her thrilling storytelling skills, there’s just no way to describe Kristen’s awe-inspiring talents beyond “super.”

Noah Talesnick Partner, Founder

The wisecracking, T-shirt-wearing half of our Boss Dude Supreme Team, Noah focuses on bringing in new business and making sure the Thinkers have everything they need to get down to business. He loves when we all gather around the table to come up with ideas, and is often the guy who gets everyone thinking in directions no one else has considered. It’s no wonder—he’s been doing digital marketing since most businesses were still wondering if this whole internet thing was going to pan out. Even with all those years of experience under his belt, he’ll be the first to admit that he doesn’t have all the answers when it comes to today’s technology, but he’s grateful for having a team who does.  In fact, for Noah, the best part about being one of Think’s owners is knowing that the team is all-in. Though he wishes they’d be all in the office a little more often. (Maybe this whole working remote thing won’t really pan out.)

Mark Freid Founder / Partner / CEO

When Mark founded Think Creative in 2000, his goal was to build a place people love coming to work every day. Now that he’s hung in there long enough to see that vision become a reality, he finds it every bit as rewarding as he dreamed it would be—just way louder. Amidst all the chaos, Mark always finds a way to wrangle the best out of our team. You’ll catch him kicking off our weekly meeting with a thought-provoking idea from the latest book he read. Inspiring brainstorming brains to think smarter, think bolder, think weirder about whatever challenge we’re working on. Sitting down one-on-one for coffee and a chat with any Thinker or Thinktern who sends a calendar invite his way. Really, he’s up for anything that aligns with his (and Think’s) overarching mission:  to do good for our clients, do good for our team and do good for our community. Just don’t ask him to order the sweet potato fries. Trust us on this one.
